Mistress Anne Hutchingson
very thoughtful
studies the Bible with other women

Setting: New York (Hutchinson River) pg.17; Boston (her town) pg.10
Plot: She studies the Bible with other women to talk about the Sunday Sermons. She also gives reasons to why the Indians should not be slaves. The men of the town were infuriated by this and send her away from Boston. Her and her children (but one) were killed by some hot-tempered braves.
